Is global warming going to kill us all? If you listen to Al Gore, you may very well believe that cataclysmic climate change will disrupt our way of life unless we completely abandon fossil fuels, stop driving cars, and enact all sorts of other laws meant to curb the production of greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming.

A philosophical defense of intelligent design

Intelligent Design is like the annoying stepsister of the scientific community. It isn't even tolerated. It's teased and poked at and denigrated in the worst ways possible.

Does Intelligent Design deserve this poor treatment? The scientific community would argue it does, because mommy and daddy never pay attention to it anymore, and-
